Cherry's Catering Perth FoodSafe and Gold Licence Caterer Certificates

Cherry’s FoodSafe Practises

By Manny Yip | Cherrys News | Comments are Closed | 16 March, 2020 |

We always adhere to the highest level of FoodSafe

To our valued clients to answer your concerns about the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) & any impact on your catering requirements that you may need.

As a leading Perth family owned & operated business, Cherry’s would like to reassure our clients that we follow the highest FoodSafe practices & personal hygiene standards.
It is safe to continue to trust & use Cherry’s Catering for all your catering needs.

As one of WA’s most reputable caterers, we have always maintained a high level of FoodSafe & hygiene standards.
Your health and safety is paramount at all times.

Food Preparation Standards

At Cherry’s we monitor the health of all our staff & adhere to the Health Department procedure guidelines of self-quarantine in case any staff show cold or flu like symptoms.

All staff are required to wash their hands regularly with soap/hand sanitiser & continue to do so throughout the day.

Kitchen staff wear food handling gloves during food prep & whilst serving food at functions & replace as required.

Hand sanitisers are located throughout our commercial kitchen, offices, vans & at outside functions/venues.

Procedures for staff as outlined by the Health Department

Staff who are returning from overseas or who have been exposed to confirmed or suspected Coronavirus cases must self-quarantine for 14 days.

All staff adhere to the highest level of FoodSafe. FoodSafe procedures have been addressed & updated in line with the current virus situation & all staff advised accordingly.

We will be working closely with the health department, taking their guidance & implementing any FoodSafe procedure updates.

Please do not hesitate to contact us here at Cherry’s should you have any questions or concerns

Kind regards,

Craig Fraser, General Manager
