Congratulations Sherrida & Michael on your magical wedding! A picture perfect wedding set in the rolling hills of Roleystone.
Cherry’s first visited with Sherrida, the bride-to-be, at their family orchard in January 2020 to chat about her wedding plans.
With a makeshift kitchen to be setup in the adjoining barn – this did not stop the range of menus available.
Banquet / share plate dining was the pick – with the menu consisting of
Slow roasted loin of Beef, confit red onion & pan gravy
Camembert stuffed Chicken wrapped in bacon & sage, chardonnay jus (gf)
Sweet & sour Pork
Sautéed potatoes, cumin salt
Roasted root vegetables (gf)
Greens with almonds & lemon (gf)
Mixed garden Salad (gf)
All relevant kitchen equipment was organised by Cherry’s. Ongoing consultation with the couple ensured smooth running on the day.
Sherrida & Michael chose to setup their wedding dining room themselves – banquet tables, clothes, candelabras, fairy lights were hired & lovingly put in place by the talented couple.
The big day arrived – Cherry’s team of chefs, kitchen hands, supervisor & wait staff arrived in plenty of time to assemble the temporary kitchen, dress the bridal / guest tables & put the finishing touches around the room.
