In July 2020 Cherry’s were approached by Next DC a regular corporate client and asked to cater a finger food menu for the officially opening of their P2 Perth.
The menu needed to be individually packaged, we worked close with our contact to create a menu that suited their needs for this important event.
Individual self-serve Cocktail Finger Food stations with cold and hot food was supplied.
Guests included representatives from WA technology, Enterprise and Government sector along with the WA Minister for Innovation and ICT, the Hon. Dave Kelly MLA who opened this incredible new piece of infrastructure.
The menu that was decided upon was:
Prawn Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls
Egg Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls v
Mixed Mushroom Arancini served with Truffle Aioli v
Pumpkin, Mozzarella Arancini v
Mini Noodle Boxes consisting of
Thai Green Chicken Curry, served with Steamed Pilaf gf
Potato Gnocchi v
Chicken Tortellini
We are enjoying working with our corporate and private clients, and are finding this menu type becoming more popular, maybe because of COVID and clients wanting to minimise staff/client contact.
