Your Milestone 60th Birthday calls for big celebrations…in this case an elaborate dinner party at home with family and friends, catered by Cherry’s.
This repeat private client chose pre-dinner canapés which were enjoy by guests on arrival – followed by a 3 course meal with a palate cleanser served between courses to freshen things up.
A warm entrée was selected – Pan fried scallops on pea puree, crispy prosciutto & lemon cream.
Following on from this – Roasted pork loin pocketed with smokey bacon & apple stuffing served with pan gravy.
For dessert you can’t go past Lime & ginger crème brûlée with almond biscotti.
Dietary requirements can be catered – ask our helpful office staff.
