Cherry’s first had the pleasure of meeting Fiona & Rob in February when they visited Cherry’s Catering in Malaga to discuss wedding plans and to experience cocktail finger food taste testers.
Having already selected their venue, the picturesque Brookleigh Estate – wedding ceremony at the Lakeside, pre-dinner drinks and canapes on the Veranda followed by full bar service, cocktail food, buffet dessert table and dancing by the Poolside.
Cherry’s Functions Coordinator was heavily involved in the wedding plans with the bride and her chosen wedding planner from day one through to and including the wedding day itself.
Guests were extremely complimentary on the menu which included Caramelised onion tarte tatin, Salt & pepper calamari with lime aioli, Parmesan crusted chicken with lemon cream, Lamb kofta with mint yoghurt, Pumpkin & mozzarella arancini, Mixed mushroom & thyme vol au vents, Pulled pork sliders with crunchy slaw followed by Lemon lime brulee, Sticky date cake with butterscotch sauce and Chocolate almond cake.
