A corporate referral lead Catholic Education to contact Cherry’s Catering in July 2020 – on this occasion the briefing was contactless catering with quick service.

With both lunch and afternoon tea required for 75 guests the menu type that was decided upon was Cherry’s lunchboxes and sweet afternoon tea boxes– ideal for pickup and go easy food options.

Guests included principles of numerous Perth schools and education leaders.

The menu that was decided upon was lunchboxes containing:

Roll – fillings such as cajun chicken / ham, cheese & salad / beef & tomato / egg & salad / roasted vegetables Incl v
Roasted pumpkin, walnut & spinach salad
Seasonal fruit tubs
Orange juice

Afternoon Tea
Muffins – double chocolate / blueberry
Cheese & crackers

We are enjoying working with our corporate and private clients, and are finding this menu type becoming more popular, maybe because of COVID and clients wanting to minimise staff/client contact.
