In February 2019 Cherry’s had the pleasure of showcasing their catering to members of the Wanneroo Business Association.
Cocktail finger food was served along with a selection drinks to 90 guests at Cherry’s commercial kitchen outlet in Malaga.
On the menu were items such as Tasmanian smoked salmon cream & dill mousse in sesame baskets, Blue cheese, almond & caramelised onion in beetroot baskets, Pea & feta arancini, Coconut crumbed prawns, Chorizo croquettes with a roasted pepper dip, Mini beef sliders with crunchy slaw, followed by Jaffa waffle pots and Macadamia & caramel mousse tarts.
Guests were treated to a tour of Cherry’s custom built kitchen and offices along with cooking demonstrations.
Functions Coordinator and Owner Deb Cunniffe gave an insight into the family business which is now in its 20th year of operation.
